Well I am even mor convinced now that the format in conjunction with telstra's
locked destination folders causes problems.
Now as well as not being able to connect to wifi networks I now can not send
text messages. in text message settings it says message sender not defined and
it wants a name and a number I called telstra and they told me telstra for the
name and gave me a number that starts with a plus sign but you can't enter any
punctuation marks in that number field. Yes I had to manually enter in the
talks code. This supports my claim the locked destinations cause the hard
reset to abort before completion leaving the phone in a mess.
I've never seen a sender name and number in text mess settings before today.
