Eleanor, If you are trying to get a free transfer owing to issues with the E7 Nuance will probably only allow this if there is an accepted problem with Talks on that phone and if it had at the time been a supported model.
So if you were running the latest build of Talks on the E7 then you should have been OK, since I am aware of no issues on the E7 with v5.21.3 it is highly likely that Nuance will not grant a free replacement... What issues were you having?
