taking off my hat of dealer, I personally think the discussion of which companies do a good job, and which do not, is a valid topic and worth discussing, otherwise, how does a user know where to go. for what it is worth, the RNIB do a lot of good, they also do a lot of nothing, they have, in my view, ventured like many blind institutes away from what they originally were set up to do, represent us, and have become organisations, businesses and more, something which from my perspective, can lead to conflict of interest, confusion in general, a mixed out bound message etc. etc. JMO.
