Maybe tricking them is the way to go. Perhaps having the men do a combination
that has them doing variations on the molinete as leaders. Or perhaps they are
the ones doing the backward ochos. If you can open up a window by using the
female vocabulary, then perhaps the men would be more motivated to work on
actually following later on.
