There is no chance that the release of Spindle for 4 will coincide with T4. Work on Spindle for 4 will recommence once 724 is resolved.
Tools are tools. No everyone needs em. I happen to build one and since I have a binding vote I'm exercising my right to use it. The other commiters can override me any time they wish.
