I think it really depends on the scenario for which you are using the
annotations. If you add simple information to a class/method/etc it seems to be
ok, but if the annotations are getting too complex, you should think about your
design. (as always "complex" depends on what you are doing)

This are only my thoughts, as up to now i have not found an useful application
for annotations in my project :-)
