That is a good question, parsnip. I can't think of any other itches. The Aiken County String Band has great song names if nothing else. They have an itch, a stomp, a slide, and a stompdown. A stompdown - that is like hardcore punk terminology!! Also, they play savannah river glide as havana river slide, maybe they wanted to play a slide instead of a glide. Oh to know for sure! Fi fi fi, fi fi fi, the itchy and scratchy show!
