I had a band back in the '70s in Seattle called, "Cowboy Clyde and the One-eyed Trouser Snakes." Caught an editor of the Seattle Times asleep at the switch and they put an add in the paper for a gig at The Skid Road Tavern. It only ran once, but I still have a copy. Those were the days, $15 and all the pizza and beer you could stand.
