One of my favorites was an outfit out of Columbia, MO featuring the late, great Forrest Rose... named by the man himself; The Rank Sinatras. Ingeniously giving a tip of the cap to Ralph and Frank in one fell swoop. Other classic Forrest Rose band names: The Silver Trailer Boys The Flying Digits The Box Beaters Monkey Junk The Perfect Strangers Beats Workin' Bunzup Kneelin' and the Backdoor Bluegrass Boyz (only one public appearance)
