Well, of course if you're looking at "hardware" names, there's Blind Pop Rivet, Stubby Phillips. One of my old acquaintances who's recently left us for that 'big band in the sky' said he always wanted to start a bluegrass band and call it "Bluegrass Men at Last", instead of all the "boys" references.
