Mmmm, I would've guessed Barramundi as well, and they move between fresh and salt water so there's a good chance that was it.
They reckon the fishing in Western Australia is awesome and I'm trying to tee up with the brothers to get across there and do a few charters. There was a suggestion to go Snapper fishing in Whyalla in South Australia, home of the "Man in the Grey Suit" but flights between Adelaide and Whyalla are quick to be booked, so now it might be Port Stephens, about 3 hours North of Sydney, and easier to bring the fish back home! Speaking of fishing, the guitarist in my duo gig does some fishing from a kayak. I'm not that adventurous yet, but they certainly don't use live bait when out there in the elements...too attractive to Noah. There's a youtube clip of a lunatice out at sea reeling in a marlin and releasing it, talk about gutsy. Anyhow, back to the topic at hand, that A5 sounds mighty fine to me and it's obvious PD is creating some legendary pieces!
