Every once in while if I get I solid hour or two of serious picking by my myself I get limbered up to a point where I feel like I'm a mandolin player....playing something solid and with good tone. Most times though I'm just hacking my way through so for me the feeling of accomplishment comes and goes on both instruments.
I also think one of things that we acquire as we go along is the knowledge of how to make good music; what to put in what to leave out; theory, how things work etc.. that's more of a brain function then a fingers function...and also a lifetime's worth of study. MC's self deprecating attitude is a great example for us. -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Taterbugmando" group.
