I don't--but have recently discovered that I should. I had a weird
sore left shoulder that hurt like crazy unless I was playing my
mandolin---sounds like a bad posture problem to me. I've begun work on
it but I don't really know what I'm doing as far as stretches go. I
just try to stretch a bunch and then see if I've done a good enough
job during the gig.

While playing I do work on my breathing, trying to breathe like I'm
not playing, just a regular in and out, in and out. It makes me more
relaxed once I get it, but it's amazing how difficult a simple thing
like this can be, I can't do it on songs I don't know very well, for
example, it's too much to think about.
