I may be wrong, but every version I've heard has structured that part
differently, so I put it strongly in the "feel" category. There may
have been an agreed upon structure at some point, but it seems long
gone. If anyone has more input, I'd welcome hearing it. This is going
to be a regular rotation tune for me for a while, I'd like to preach
the gospel...
