Yes, once per service. We disabled that as we thought it would not be
very popular with the EBI that we do that on each Taverna start-up
(for each Taverna user).

Ah - that's exactly what we need.

Perhaps we can call this method if it exists - and leave the right
click as a fallback for older installations.

Do you think the right click to "Fetch description" should then fetch
it only for the selected service, or for all soaplab services from
that provider (ie. multiple calls)..?
