Hello, That is a pretty good attempt actually. There were 2 little problems. 1) the activity needed a raven element like
<raven>
<group>net.sf.taverna.t2.activities</group>
<artifact>biomoby-activity</artifact>
<version>0.8</version>
</raven>
2) The final source datalink had the wrong port name, I think it should be
<source type="processor">
<processor>ID2Taxonomy</processor>
<port>TaxonScientificName(taxonomy)</port>
</source>
I changed both these things in your file and it loaded OK. I have attached
the changed file.
