Yes, something like that!

Suppose I have 1000 workflows.
I want to put them into a database and be able to:
- Get each one of it and run it
- Get parts of each one and run it
- Make efficient queries like - give the frequency of given processors 
that are using output of DDBJ BLAST
- Assembly parts of worflows into new ones - which would be still functional

Some features are in Taverna Provenance and MyExperiment SPARQL endpoint 
but as far as I know you cannot recreate entire workflows from pieces 
(not all info is stored)
