Hello all,

within the BBMRI initiative (see www.bbmri.eu ), a group at the
University of Klagenfurt developed
a suite of Web Services for accessing / querying / manipulating
summary data on European biobanks.

I'm trying to develop some test / demo workflows by using Taverna,
but I'm having problems in loading
WSDL definitions. An example URL is
http://bbmri.uni-klu.ac.at:8080/DemoHost/QueryInterface?wsdl .

When I request to 'add a new wsdl scavenger' by using such URL,
Taverna seems to be able to retrieve
data, but it goes on undefinitely with the 'Processing WSDL' message
(some hours up to now).

It must be said that these services require a username/password pair
to be actrually used, but it
seems to me that this data should be provided when invoking services,
not during the loading step.
As a confirmation for this, I tried a different tool, SoapUI, that
has no problems in loading services.

I could not find any useful information in the manual of Taverna and
every hint from the list will really be appreciated.

I'm working with Taverna 1.7.2.

Ciao. Paolo
