http://bbmri.uni-klu.ac.at:8080/DemoHost/QueryInterface?xsd=1 imports http://bbmri.uni-klu.ac.at:8080/DemoHost/QueryInterface?xsd=5 which imports http://bbmri.uni-klu.ac.at:8080/DemoHost/QueryInterface?xsd=1 this is not very good style XML schemas, and Taverna don't seem to cope with this loop. A proper handling of such schemas would mean a kind of pre-processing of imports first, and then perhaps several loops to resolve the symbols - but there might still be loops if the schemas are not well formed. If there's not, then it should be possible to split the schemas into separate junctions and avoid the loops, alternatively join the two inter-importing schemas. I'll register this as a bug, nevertheless. -- Stian Soiland-Reyes, myGrid team School of Computer Science The University of Manchester ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ The Planet: dedicated and managed hosting, cloud storage, colocation Stay online with enterprise data centers and the best network in the business Choose flexible plans and management services without long-term contracts Personal 24x7 support from experience hosting pros just a phone call away. http://p.sf.net/sfu/theplanet-com _______________________________________________ taverna-hackers mailing list [email protected] Web site: http://www.taverna.org.uk Mailing lists: http://www.taverna.org.uk/taverna-mailing-lists/ Developers Guide: http://www.mygrid.org.uk/tools/developer-information
