Taverna assumes that any ".xml" file you try to read from disk is a scufl (Taverna 1) workflow. Since the xml file is actually a t2flow, then Taverna refuses to recognize it as a workflow. If you change the file extension to .t2flow then you should be able to load the workflow. > Perhaps I should simply start the installation from scratch??
