Hello,

After some investigation, I found that it is all about AXIS...
Globus (4) services are based on AXIS WSRF implementation that used to 
use a draft version of WSRF where WS-Addressing was still in a draft also.

There are quite a bit changes in WSA apart from wsa namespace.
WSDLParser then checks for the WSRF is also uses that particular namespace.

I see no quick solution, because updating everything for the WSRF 1.2 
specification (and WSA 1.0) will break Globus based services...
