Hello,

It is possible to use a standard WSA 1.0 EndpointReference in 
[wsdl-generic] and patch (convert) draft WSA versions in
[wsdl-activity] Also WSDLParser would need to recognize different 
versions, so instead of isWSRF() return something like
getWSRFVersion... notice that there are may be 20 drafts...
