Yes, it's the 'old' version of WS-Addressing used by Globus 4 that I briefly added support to.
If Globus services are not compatible with the WSRF spec, I don't think that is our concern. On the other hand, do we have a real requirement for 'new' WSRF support? Why would it not be possible to support both?
