Dear Curtis,

I'm a programmer. I've been developing programs for more than 10
years, in the last 5 years I developed Delphi programs, 8-10 hours a
day. TB! was written in Delphi and I know such a big program can cause
such data loss. When a software is such big, it requires such code
that protects it in similar situation. I believe the new account
create routine (procedure) was started, but on my existing accounts,
and it did not check whether it can truncate/delete existing files.

I don't believe in "something bizarre". I know it happens Win95 hangs.
I know sometimes it causes strange file loss. But it never sets the
access time of about 30 directories to 7:19AM and I'm sure it was a
well definiable part of the TB! code that overwrote only TB! specific
files.

Have a nice time,
Daniel
