TH> TB now uses IMAP IDLE to wait for the server to notify for new

I only use the inbox for reading, so my TB is certainly idled in
inbox but no new mail is ever notified unless I do a manual check
for new mail.

Inbox filtering cannot be done automatically because since build 114
I have been unable to use that functionality without completely
crashing IMAP. The "Do not use filters" IMAP fine-tune option was
added to allow me to continue functioning. Filters work perfectly
when executed manually.
