Just an idea: Try to use a slightly different condition. So instead of "contains (all)" try to use "contains any of". Maybe it helps to us a trunkated part of the emailaddress you are filtering for. Maybe it will also help not to filter for header, but more specifically for "sender" or for "recipient". Again, these ideas are more trial and error than advice that's funded on solid knowledge.
