I receive the error upon loading GnuPGTray. The dialog has an OK
button and clicking this closes the app (or ends the loading). I can't
load ANY of the installed apps. All give this error.

NA> using. BTW, which Win32 Binary are you using for GPG?
I tried to install it in C:\gnupg\shell in the default location
C:\program files\gnupgshell.
Same result.
The binary version of GPG is: 1.0.4-1
