If you really did this, this is wrong:

please hold in mind

1) to _encrypt_ a mail with PGP/GnuPG you will have to use the public key of 
the addressee, sipmly the guy who you put into the "To:" address field

2) to _sign_ a mail with PGP/GnuPG you will have to use YOUR private key of 
the account and mail address you want to send your mail "From:".

Note: there is no other way to do it.
