One of the hosts with which it sometimes (every few months) happens in
GMX, the biggest internet provider in Europe. Yes, he uses the same.

But it also sometimes happens with my company server in Thailand. If
there is a misconfiguration, I'd like someone to point me into a
direction, so that I can relay it to our sysad. But with this server,
it also happens every few months.
