Hello, Dennis:

I might be a bit dense today. Let me scratch my head over this one.

The name "TBADD" seems not to describe or delineate the topics, the
range of concerns to be addressed. (Per original requests for an
additional list.)

Rather TBADD seems to mean just, "something additional." (Or, perhaps
I misunderstand completely.)

I'd be happy to suggest a name. Like TBFIL (for filtering).
