Before suggesting a name for the new group it's a good idea to get some
kind of consensus on what will be discussed.

What's it for? All plug-ins? Dealing with spam? I can see the potential
benefit of a plug-ins list given the new AV API and plug-in development.
But I don't think a group on generic spam solutions warrants a new TB
list.

That said, TBBETA seems the right place to talk about BayesIt! since
it's closely related to current TB! developments:
