I did use POPFile and was happy with it in spite of its' use of resources. I switched to K9 after reading on the website http://keir.net/k9.html that it was the compiled version of POPFile. The interface is very intuitive and more convenient to use than the POPFile interface aswell. White- and blacklisting is ever so easy - just right-click a mail and choose the appropriate menu item. Also, the ZIP-compressed program is 66KB in size. Documentation is on the website. If you know German, there's a pretty good guide to K9 aswell.
