The idea is if you wish to work with a single view mode and not wish
to have even a single folder setup differently, then don't use a
global view mode and set the global view mode to 'none'.
Create new view modes, apply it to a folder and then copy that folders
settings to all others except the one you wish to have it's own view
mode. You can then setup the view mode for that folder and in future
make changes specific to other folders.
