In the last update, the zip undresses itself to a folder named "pcwimages." but the .msl file references ".\pcwsmileys\..." or something. So you gotta do a replace on the .msl file.
I don't know if that's the OP's problem but it is the only thing I know about this so I thought I would try to be helpful.
