I should have mentioned in my last reply, that even if there is some parital workaround here, I still consider this to be a defect in the macro. The %TOFNAME and all of the other FNAME macros are supposed to pick up the first name. It is only reasonable to assume that the macro will ignore standard name prefixes and even non-standard name prefixes that have been specified as such in the address book. This does not happen. The macro mistakenly treats the name prefix as the first name.
