Hello Avi,

   On Tue, 12 Oct 2004 03:28:19 +0200 (12.10.2004 7:28 my local time),
   received Tuesday, October 12, 2004 at 8:02:50 +0600,
you wrote about "Feature Request - Name Prefix Handling",
   at least in part:

AY> On the other hand, the %ABOFROMFIRSTNAME and %ABFROMFIRSTNAME macros
AY> do not seem to work under any condition.
%ABOFROMFIRSTNAME - works for me in replies (see at TO in this my
message and produced greeting-string)
%ABFROMFIRSTNAME - it your message will be _your_ firstname, if you are
in own AB

For missing in AB contacts %ABOFROMFIRSTNAME="%OFROMFNAME" can be
partial solution (while adding to addressbook before answering seems
as better solution).

And some details about using prefixes-suffixes, inverted naming in
address fields ("LastName, Firstname" vs "LastName Firstname") of message editor

The Bat consider first word in address field as FirstName (usual and
common convention), except of "presence comma" case after it - in this
situation it uses inverted logic ("Last, First" instead of "First Last")
In case of addressbook macros - it works with addressbook fields
directly - you can use any form of "display as" and add this form into
address of message - while The Bat will be able find record in address
book (using e-mail as key) - it substitute in template correct data from
address book
