Well, if I recall correctly, I purchase this software, I did not rent
or leased it.

I personally prefer those kind of softwares where you buy it once and
get a license for every future version. I purchased several
softwares in this category.
In the category of those that must be 're-purchased' TheBat, TheBat
Private Disk, among others. I bought this ones, because the price was
fair but I'm not going to pay annual fees for sure. I would more
easily go back to AK-Mail.

Probably that's why I'm NOT using Outlook and am using TheBat with
it's minimal MS Exchange support, inserting my password every time I
have to get mail (unlike MS Outlook), having trouble with the Exchange
address book and so forth.
Be sure, though, that if the time comes where I'll have to pay for
TheBat like a Anti-Virus (annual fees) it will most likely go where my
AVirus is - off my HD.
