Sorry.  My  experience with the Blaster/Welchia was that having or not
an  AV  running  meant  nothing because you had to patch the system in
order to avoid further contamination.

Having  a  firewall did in fact prevent the contamination because both
worms would ping prior to contaminate.

Again,      do     you     know     Tiny     Personal     Firewall

I  suppose  you  mean 2 of Dec to all systems that didn't already have
WinXP SP2.
