The growing number of novice users will laugh at TB! and deinstall it
as quick as you say 'hello' if they see all the nice and playfull
stuff but realize that major functions just ... *ahem* ... don't work.
One _BIG_ address: IMAP, IMAP, IMAP.

And especially the "growing number of novice users" will look for an
client which works correctly and doesn't produce one exception after
another, won't they?
