The problem with that is one would miss the
announcement and discussion of the new beta during the
time it is announced and the time one finds that it
exists on that site.

Perhaps a better idea is for Ritlabs to prefix each
announcement of a new version with:

   New Alpha:
   New Pre-Beta:
   New Beta:

That way any of us - beta or pre-beta or alpha testers
could easily be notified of that event by writing a
simple filter.
