Just curious. Is this occurring with all folders set not to synchronize? My problems with RC1 isn't as bad in terms of delays. 5 minutes is a very long time to wait. I'm now trying this RC/2 to see what it's like. So far, no problems, but it's very early yet. Finger's crossed.
