I can't help then. It asked if you want OTFE and last time I used it it worked OK.
Try making a backup of everything using TB's own internal backup facility then remove the reg entries, uninstall and try again from scratch. If that works use the backup you made. Everything should be back as it was except it'll be encrypted.
