Indeed.

Well, they are under no obligation to take our advice nor to account
to us for how they manage their affairs.

I like the version of The Bat! which is on my machine now, because my
requirements are so few and the little niggling things, like the slow
search function, the deficient scroll-bar scaling, and the failure to
quote smileys reliably from RTV into the Micro-Ed window are things I
can live with. But I shudder to think how a first-time user of The
Bat! would react to not being able to load the program and seeing the
parser error info appear.

I hope they get the IMAP deficiencies sorted. for your sake and that of
my other IMAP-needing friends on this list. And I do think the
intention is to do that. I believe what Stefan has said about it, and,
more recently, 9Val.

Allie, please excuse me for having been out-of-pocket for awhile. We
had a big thunderstorm here, and I shut the computer down.
