Just define all your desired templates as M> Quick Templates (Options/Quick Templates would be your 'Universal Template M> Manager') and then for account, folder, etc., use the %QINCLUDE macro. I've known this method and currently use it. But do you think it is convenient? This approach can only include the shared QT. If you have 50+ shared QTs come from separate accounts. It would be a tough job to locate the account which a single QT belongs to(for further modification purpose). It's true that I can place all the QTs in a dumb account and share them. But to remember 50+ QTs name also is a tough job. A drop down listbox in acount / folder / contact template tab is a good option. Just like create/send message action in scheduler In fact, current QT manager need some tweak. It should introduce a common category, shared QT - any QT specified "shared" in each account should also be placed in this category. It should support search function, so we can find designated QTs. Thus, it would be also a nice "universal template manager" -- Best regards, Ming Chang mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] Translator of Chinese The Bat!
