I've known this method and currently use it. But do you think it is convenient?
This approach can only include the shared QT. If you have 50+ shared QTs come
from separate accounts. It would be a tough job to locate the account which a
single QT belongs to(for further modification purpose).

It's true that I can place all the QTs in a dumb account and share them. But to
remember 50+ QTs name also is a tough job. A drop down listbox in acount /
folder / contact template tab is a good option. Just like create/send message
action in scheduler

In fact, current QT manager need some tweak. It should introduce a common
category, shared QT - any QT specified "shared" in each account should also be
placed in this category. It should support search function, so we can find
designated QTs. Thus, it would be also a nice "universal template manager"
