I am completely in the dark, when it comes to programming--you're talking to a liberal arts major and long-retired elementary schoolteacher, here. However, from reading the lists, I think they really are doing in-house testing, but they don't use IMAP in the extensive way that some people like Allie and Gary do. Additionally, I don't have the impression that Maxim is working on IMAP; rather, it seems that when he fixes some of the things that he is actually working on, like OTFE and the msi installer, something else accidentally breaks. Shoot, I can barely keep my own shoelaces in order, so I just tend to keep giving the development team the benefit of the doubt and hoping for the best. :) > I think that the IMAP servers that are giving troubles should be > identified and they should do some in-house testing before sending out > this crippled betas. Ah. There was indeed a thread about IMAP servers and how they interact with TB! This is possibly a way for the team to go. > Just my opinion. Tell me, are you a programmer? In other words, are you speaking from personal experience here? -- Best regards, Mary The Bat 3.5.26 on Windows XP 5.1 2600 Service Pack 2 ________________________________________________________ Current beta is 3.5.26 | 'Using TBBETA' information: http://www.silverstones.com/thebat/TBUDLInfo.html IMPORTANT: To register as a Beta tester, use this link first - http://www.ritlabs.com/en/partners/testers/
