Where I'm different: the (blue, in my case) "Receive new mail" arrow does not present me with a drop-down menu. I do have two accounts in TB! So, whichever account I am in (usually the one with the TB! mailing lists is where I'll be), when I click on the "Receive new mail" arrow, the Connection Centre opens in the foreground. Just as Avi wants it to. Where is my drop-down menu?
