First I messed up and thought I had a recent backup. Stupid Me. (It was over 8 months old) Then I did a restore and that got me back to where I was as of 3 am this morning. Fine. Backed up TB!. Unistalled TB!. Installed the MSI files. Everything fine for that part. Then I started TB! and set up the OTFE. That went well. But when I started to use TB! all my settings/plugins/templates/customized settings were gone. So needless to say, I did the restore again and am back to where I was before asking this question.
