I don't know about NetVicious or David Elliott. I'm running XP at 1280x1024 pixels. Large size, 120 DPI. Windows Classic, modified to a custom wallpaper. Appearance settings: Windows XP Style with large fonts. So, I put those configurations up, just in case they are influencing the drop-down Specials menu to have a blank line for "Watch Replies In." And in case they match what NetVicious and David Elliott have as OS settings.
