So that's not the cause. :) I've been playing around and now I've got the item back on display. I quit TB, removed my tbuser.def and restarted it, afterwards it was back. I've been playing around a bit more, adding items to the standard toolbar (that I don't display) en to the menu, but no matter what I did, 'Watch replies in' didn't disappear.
