This is what I have. As I wrote to you, it's what I have, also. And clicking on the blank line does bring up the Dialog window; as you said, the menu works. I hoped that deleting The Bat!/MAIL/tbuser.def and relaunching TB! would cure the missing item's non-appearance. It did not. Blank line is still there.
